Emilie Brown and Rachel Coleman
Emilie de Azevedo Brown and Rachel de Azevedo Coleman are daughters of Lex de Azevedo and co-creators of Two Little Hands Productions. Rachel was writing music and performing with her folk rock band, following right along in the de Azevedo footsteps to music and voice performance. The discovery that her first daughter was deaf and the second suffering from multiple disabilities, led Rachel and then her sister Emilie to create signing tutorials for children. With father Lex de Azevedo also involved in the company, music is a part of this worthy endeavor.
Today, Two Little Hands Productions offers a full line of children’s products) including DVDs, CDs, board books, flash cards and more) that uses music and sign language to promote early learning. Their brands include Signing Time, Baby Signing Time, Potty Time, and Rachel & The TreeSchoolers.
