The Merriam Websters
The Merriam Websters were formed as an Indie folk band in 2013. Prior to the formation of the group, Camille Smith and Christiana Pinborough had been harmonizing together since age 12 in various church, community, high school, and BYU choir productions.
While both have classically trained backgrounds, acoustic ukulele and guitar were added to their sound in 2013. They have been covering indie folk songs as well as writing and performing original pieces.
They now live in Salt Lake City, Utah, and perform at various local and church events. The band is passionate about presenting music that is uplifting and musically rich. They especially enjoy performing music that seeks to draw the listener in thoughtful pursuit of the Christ-driven life.
